We also offer Designer for a Day sessions — a concentrated, in-person design intensive — as well as Virtual Design for those beyond the Arizona state lines.

Our Full Service

PROCESS

After our virtual Meet & Greet, we schedule an in-person visit to understand the home’s layout and potential. From there, we craft a personalized Scope of Work and project budget. Once approved and the contract is signed, the design process begins with a series of client interviews. During these sessions, we review fabrics, materials, and inspiration imagery together — identifying what resonates and what doesn’t. Through thoughtful conversations and detailed questionnaires, we uncover your lifestyle, preferences, and personality, setting the foundation for a home that feels entirely your own.

With a clear understanding of your goals, we begin sourcing each piece with intention, selecting items that suit your lifestyle, personality, and the way you truly live at home. Every choice is guided by what we learned in the research phase, ensuring that the design feels cohesive and deeply personal.

Once your design plan is fully realized, we’ll present it in a comprehensive presentation where you’ll see your home come to life. This step eliminates uncertainty and brings clarity to every decision. After refining any final details and receiving your approval, we assemble your project documentation and, when applicable, prepare a General Contractor binder for a smooth renovation process

Once the design plan is approved, we begin managing every detail behind the scenes. Orders are placed and tracked with care, and we stay in close communication with vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly. All furnishings and accessories are received and stored in a temperature-controlled facility until installation day.

We oversee quality control from start to finish, handling any issues that may arise such as damages, back orders, or incorrect items. During this phase, we also initiate any necessary construction or renovation and attend regular site visits to confirm that every element is progressing as planned.

The moment you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived. Your vision takes shape as our team brings every detail to life with care and precision. We handle the full installation process, transporting all furnishings and accessories to your home and placing each piece with a white-glove touch.

Once the larger elements are in place, we complete the styling and accessorizing that make the space feel truly finished. We review our final punch list and resolve any remaining details so everything is picture-perfect. All that’s left for you to do is step inside, take a deep breath, and fall in love with your home all over again.
