Your Discovery Call Is Booked

What Happens Next?

Thank you for scheduling a Discovery Call with Opal Avenue Interior Design.

Before we speak, we invite you to become familiar with the steps below that guide our early conversations. This process allows us to learn more about your project, answer initial questions, and determine whether our services and approach are well suited to your needs.

Our relationship begins with a complimentary 20-minute conversation.

We will discuss the general scope of your project, your anticipated investment, and the type of design support you may need. We will also briefly explain our flat-fee structure and answer any immediate questions.

When the project appears to be a strong fit, the next step is a complimentary virtual Meet & Greet.

This conversation provides a more detailed introduction to Opal Avenue, including how our projects are managed, how design fees are structured, how we work alongside builders and trades, what you can expect throughout the process, and how we steward your investment.

It is also an opportunity for both parties to confirm that the working relationship feels aligned before moving forward.

The next step is an on-site Initial Visit.

During this meeting, we walk through your home together, discuss your goals in greater detail, review the existing conditions, and gather the information needed to understand the complexity and scope of the project. Following the visit, we prepare a personalized Scope of Work and fixed design fee.

We’ll arrange a meeting with you to review the Scope of Work.

With the proposal approved and the Design Agreement signed, the design process officially begins.

From there, we move into a series of in-depth client discussions and begin developing the direction for your home.
